I'm glad to announce that, finally, I've become and feel an official member of the archlinux community.
I joined archlinux users in February 2010, started communicating via IRC with other users in #archlinux-es and #archlinux where I made some real good friends.
By translating news published in the official website into the spanish website since October 2010 I've had the opportunity to get involved indirectly in the community (thanks, angvp =D ). I can't code but I can translate (because I'm a translation student finishing my degree soon) so that's what I did.
Today, I've been given a login to the spanish website so that I can sign my work (even small, it's work) and I feel very proud of being part of this awesome community.
As the revolutionaries say all the way across the world: this has only begun.
I'd like to thank the archlinux community, the #archlinux-es people and mostly angvp and hombrepac for trust and entrust me with this task.
From now and on, you can check (and feedback ;) ) my modest and altruistic work on the spanish archlinux website
